Despite the pandemic, Tiffany Young returned to Korea from the U.S. to audition for the musical “Chicago”, known for its high audition standards, where she secured the role of Roxie Hart against a 200:1 competition ratio. Her secret to passing the “Chicago” audition will be unveiled, sparking curiosity.

Last year, Tiffany made her drama debut in “Reborn Rich”, playing Rachel, a supporter of Jin Do-jun (played by Song Joong-ki). Today (May 15th), Disney+’s web drama “Uncle Samsik”, in which she acts alongside Song Kang-ho and Byun Yo-han, will premiere. The explosive popularity and viewership of her debut drama raised concerns among Girls’ Generation members about her next project. Curiosity is piqued about their reactions to Tiffany’s stellar acting career, particularly her work with Song Kang-ho.

Tiffany will also share behind-the-scenes stories from her Girls’ Generation days and her experiences during their 15th-anniversary activities in 2022.

She revealed that when Girls’ Generation debuted, she almost did not make it due to a shorter trainee period compared to other members, but Lee Soo-man, the CEO of SM Entertainment at the time, saw a unique quality in her, which secured her place in the group.

Tiffany expressed her surprise at how younger idols half-heartedly rehearsed for music shows. She also shared her feelings about practicing at SM’s new Seongsu-dong location after leaving the company, expressing some disappointment but quickly retracted it following a humorous scolding from Kim Gu-ra.

Moreover, Tiffany recalled her debut with “Unnies” through the variety show “Sister’s Slam Dunk” in 2016, where she was directed by JYP’s Park Jin-young. She humorously compared the direction styles of SM and JYP with vivid expressions and movements. She even mentioned that she would love to receive a song from JYP for a solo album, sparking interest in the upcoming broadcast.
